When answering job interview questions, don't be afraid to take a little time to come up with your best answer.
If a good answer doesn't immediately spring to mind, don't start waffling about the first thing
that springs to mind.
The idea is to consider the question carefully and come up with an answer that best shows
your enthusiam and qualifications for the job on offer. By thinking about the question, you might be able to
determine what kind of answer the interviewer is looking for. Sometimes the hints are there for
the taking in the wording of the question.
Remember, whilst lying may provide a better answer, there may be subsequent consequences. Are
you going to be able to retain the position if you do get it? If you are lying to your potential employee, are you
lying to yourself? Try be truthful to yourself and your own career goals when answering.
